Crux was started in 2014 by Jeff Haugen and Joel Rogers, longtime cigar retailers who set out to build the cigars they always wished they could sell. That retailer's instinct, knowing what actually resonates at the counter, runs through the whole line.
Every Crux is small-batch and hand-rolled at the famed Plasencia factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, pairing boutique creativity with one of the most respected production houses in the country.
