These Terms of Use apply when you visit www.blendthewoodlands.com, book with us, message or text us, or visit Blend the Woodlands ("Blend," "we," "us"), 1701 Lake Robbins Dr, Suite 100, The Woodlands, TX 77380. By using our website or services you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Adults 21 and over

Blend is a cigar lounge and bar for guests 21 and older. We check ID, and we may refuse entry or service to anyone who cannot show valid ID or who we believe should not be served under Texas law.

Tobacco products, including cigars, are sold only to adults 21 and older, consistent with applicable federal law and Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 161, Subchapter H. Please be prepared to present valid government-issued photo identification. We may decline a tobacco sale if we cannot verify your age.

2. Reservations and visits

• Reservations are made through our online booking page, linked from our website and Google listing. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
• Walk-in parties of 8 or more receive one check on one card.
• Private events, buyouts and corporate bookings are governed by their own written agreement with Blend.
• Menus, cigar selection, hours and prices can change without notice; availability of any specific cigar or bottle is not guaranteed.

3. House rules

Cigars and smoking

• Blend is a cigar-smoking venue. Guests may be exposed to tobacco smoke. Ventilation does not eliminate exposure or the health risks associated with tobacco smoke.
• Smoking is permitted only in areas designated by Blend where allowed by applicable state and local law, including Texas Penal Code Section 48.01 where it applies. Respect designated non-smoking areas, posted signs and staff instructions on smoking and the safe use of cigars, lighters and ashtrays.
• Please ask a Blend team member about outside cigars, any applicable cutting fees, and membership-related cigar privileges before your visit. These terms do not change the cigar privileges included in your written membership agreement.

Cigar purchases, taxes and future online sales

Cigar purchases are subject to applicable taxes. Texas cigar and tobacco tax and permitting requirements are addressed in Texas Tax Code Chapter 155. Prices and applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase.

Online cigar checkout and cigar shipping are not currently available on this website. Any future online cigar sales will be subject to additional published sales, age-verification, tax and delivery terms before orders are accepted.

Responsible service and guest conduct

• We serve alcohol responsibly and follow the rules of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Staff may limit or refuse service at their discretion.
• Please treat our staff and other guests with respect. We may ask anyone who disrupts other guests to leave.

4. Text messages and chat

• When you message or text Blend through Google Search and Maps or our business text number, messages you send may first be answered by an automated assistant (AI), which uses the information on our public profiles and website. Automated answers may contain errors; a team member can take over any conversation, and you can ask for a person at any time.
• We reply to messages you start. We do not send you marketing texts unless you have separately opted in. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.
• Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information by text or chat.
• Reservations, quotes and event details are confirmed only through our booking system or in writing from a Blend team member.

5. Our website

• Website content (text, photos, logos, menus) belongs to Blend or the makers and partners who allowed us to use it. You may view and share it for personal use; please do not copy it for commercial use without our permission.
• Our website links to services run by others (for example, our booking provider, Google, Instagram and Facebook). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
• We work to keep information accurate, but the website and our messages are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blend is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or messaging services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Texas law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8. Purchases, memberships and gift cards

Any specific payment, deposit, cancellation, refund, minimum-spend or renewal terms disclosed to you for a reservation, private event, membership, gift card or other purchase govern that transaction, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not create an automatic renewal, a new fee, a forfeiture or a blanket no-refund policy.

Membership benefits and event commitments are governed by the applicable agreement with Blend. Gift-card purchases and redemption are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. When you use a third-party purchase or payment service, that service’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to its service. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective" date and version above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
